How I Work – Trauma Release That Begins in the Body
Healing doesn’t just happen in the mind—it happens in the body. And you have the power to access it.
In my online sessions, I guide you through body-based trauma release methods that help you reconnect with yourself and gently release what’s been stored inside for too long. But this isn’t just about what happens in a session—it's about teaching you to understand and support your own healing, anytime, anywhere.
Every session is a safe space to reconnect with yourself, feel what’s been frozen, and finally move forward.
You’ll learn how to:
- Listen to your body – Understand and trust your body’s signals through somatic awareness, noticing sensations, tension, and subtle cues your body is always giving you.
- Use TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) – Release emotional and physical tension to naturally release stored stress and trauma patterns using the body’s own tremoring process.
- Practice conscious breathwork – to calm your nervous system and open emotional flow.
- Work with energy and emotion – Feel more grounded, calm, and connected by recognizing blocked patterns and learning how to shift them.
- Regulate your nervous system – using practical tools that help you stay grounded and safe, even in challenging moments.
- Reflect and release – Start living with clarity, presence, and self-trust with simple questions that bring clarity and help you feel what’s ready to move.
This is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you feel safe, whole, and fully at home in your body again. These sessions are more than healing spaces— they’re training grounds for deep self-connection.
My goal is to guide you back to your body’s wisdom, and to equip you with tools you can use for the rest of your life.

Everything I do in my onlinecoaching is built on one foundation: safety.
Real healing happens when your body feels safe enough to soften, express, and let go. In our work together, I prioritize creating a space that is non-judgmental, respectful, and deeply attuned to your pace.
We’ll focus on nervous system regulation—learning how to recognize when you're activated, and how to bring yourself back to calm, grounded presence. This isn’t about pushing through discomfort. It’s about building inner stability, slowly and sustainably.
And most importantly, you’ll deepen your connection to yourself—not just mentally, but physically and emotionally. You’ll learn how to feel at home in your body again, to trust your inner signals, and to move through life with more clarity, ease, and self-compassion.
This is more than trauma release. It’s the beginning of a new relationship with yourself.

Healing isn’t something that can be rushed—and it’s never one-size-fits-all.
Every person has their own rhythm, their own history, and their own path. That’s why in our work together, you set the pace. I’m not here to “fix” you or push you beyond what feels safe. I’m here to guide, support, and hold space as you move through your healing in the way that’s right for you.
You’ll be doing the real work—because the transformation comes from within you.
But you won’t do it alone.
I’ll teach you the tools—body awareness, breathwork, trauma release practices, energy work—and show you how to use them in your own life. The goal is that you don’t stay dependent on coaching, but become confident in your ability to support your own healing, moment by moment.
You already carry the wisdom and power to heal.
